Bira Rum Yellow Label 4yr old Whisky Cask 56%
Nose: Extreme overripe banana, extreme overripe honeydew, faint green apples, very tropical overripe pineapple and mango, green figs.
Palate: Delivers on the nose. As it travels, a metallic note shows up, and a lovely ester-y, slightly alcoholic note finish lasts for a long time, a wonderfully complex and tasty Rum.
Bira Rum Green Label 4yr old Bourbon Cask
Nose: The same overripe fruit as the Whisky Cask. Overripe banana, honeydew, faint green apples, very tropical overripe pineapple and mango, green figs, but this is also darker and includes some leather and tobacco in stark contrast to the whisky cask one and dates. Palate: As it travels, the same lovely copper metallic note reveals itself in an ester-y finish. The highest compliment I can give this rum is that it tastes like it has a few drops of bourbon in it, and by that, I mean that you taste the influence of the bourbon cask, especially in comparison with the Whisky Cask.

The shirt and glasses are awesome. Message Bira on facebook https://www.facebook.com/Birarum?mibextid=ZbWKwL or through their other socials to purchase some swag.
